• Kevin Kittle

    ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

    Kevin Kittle is the Artistic Director of The One-One Project. He is the innovator of the "God Mic" exercise, and resident architect of the subjective storytelling experience. Kevin has worked as Joseph Chaikin's Assistant Director, and with Arthur Miller and Sam Shepard for The Signature Theater Company. He has directed numerous productions in New York City theaters as well as regionally.

    His most recent productions include Bitter Greens at 59E59, Hot Season at The Sheen Center for Strange Sun Theater, Blood Potato at The Clurman and In God's Hat at Playwright's Horizons Peter Jay Sharp Theater for Apothecary Theatre Company, and Beyond the Pale (Nominated for Best Director and Best Production at The Irish Theatre Festival)

    At the Greenwich Street Theatre, he directed the world premiere of Jamie Linley's Dirty Works to critical acclaim in NYC and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and Philip Ridley's The Pitchfork Disney, both as Resident Director of Stiff Upper Lip Theater Company. His Los Angeles production of Chet Whell's Economic Subterfuge was nominated for an LA Weekly Award. Kevin served as Associate Head of Acting and the Director of Performance Ensemble at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutger's University until 2020.

  • Kotryna Gecaite

    ASSOCIATE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

    Kotryna Gecaite is the Associate Artistic Director with The One-One Project. She has established herself as a multidisciplinary artist with international credits in theatre, film and performance art. She was the co-founder of UMad? Productions, an independent theatre company based in Melbourne, AU, which toured her work nationally for three years. Her critically acclaimed play Party Snake received multiple awards while it toured Sidney, Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals 2018 – 2020. Kotryna is currently based in NYC and working on multiple theatre and film projects; her most recent work Cocoon ran at the historic Gene Frankel Theatre in December 2022 to rave reviews. She is thrilled to be a part of The One-One Project and is excited to share its introspective and unique process with audiences.

  • Justin Hofstad

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Justin Hofstad is the co-founder and Director of Operations of The One-One Project LLC. A seasoned and multidisciplinary artist, Justin has made substantial contributions to immersive theater, particularly in found spaces, drawing from his extensive experience in both stage and screen. He trained at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Shakespeare's Globe in London, and has performed internationally across a variety of professional stages and film sets. His notable credits include Ophelia's OceanThe PillowmanMoon Over BuffaloBoeing-Boeing, and Hounds of War. Recently, he portrayed Tommy in Titus Kaphar’s premiere feature Exhibiting Forgiveness.

    Justin was a key figure in expanding immersive theater, notably through his portrayal of Frankenstein’s Monster in The Being and the innovative retelling of The Crucible in Detestable Arts. He has also contributed significantly to the development of The One-One Project, where he has been instrumental in the “God Mic” exercise and the company’s unique approach to subjective storytelling.

    Beyond his artistic endeavors, Justin’s background in business, gained through hands-on experience in subcontracting and commercial construction projects in Wyoming, has been vital in establishing a strong operational foundation for the company. His ability to blend creative vision with sound business strategy ensures that The One-One Project is positioned for sustainable growth and success.

  • Camila Canó-Flaviá

    TREASURER

    Camila Canó-Flaviá is the Treasurer of The One-One Project. With a deep appreciation for the artistic side of theater, Camila has found fulfillment in stepping away from the actor's spotlight to help shape the future of the project.

    As a performer, Camila has appeared in a variety of productions including Patriots and Network on Broadway, Dance Nation at Playwrights Horizons, The Coast Starlight at Lincoln Center Theatre and La Jolla Playhouse, Mac Beth at Hunter Theater Project, and Racecar Racecar Racecar with The Hearth at A.R.T./NY. Her film credits include Baby Ruby, and her television appearances span across major networks such as CBS, NBC, HBO, Netflix, ABC, and Starz.

    Camila holds a BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.

  • Caitlin Rigney

    COMPANY MANAGER

    Caitlin Rigney is a movement specialist, choreographer and actor and serves as Company Manager for The One-One Project. She enjoys maximizing efficiency and operational excellence for the project.

    Outside of this universal field, Caitlin has been teaching physical technique to actors for over a decade. She studied at the professional acting conservatory at Mason Gross School of the Arts and graduated with her BFA in 2012. Ms. Rigney has been on faculty at Rutgers and currently teaches conservatory level movement at The William Esper Studio. In addition to teaching in both the studio and conservatory setting, Caitlin is an active movement coach, coaching a variety of working actors in New York, LA, and the UK. She has worked with actors in projects such as Secret Invasion (Disney +), Primo (IMDb TV), Lady in the Lake (Apple TV), Roswell, NM (CW), The Republic of Sarah (CW) and Patriots (Broadway).

    In addition to private coaching and teaching, Caitlin is a director and choreographer, working in live performance in the Tri-state area and is also certified by the British Academy of Dramatic Combat in single sword, rapier/dagger and unarmed.
